Cyborg Kuro-chan was an anime that ran from October 2nd, 1999 to January 6th, 2001 in Japan. There was a total of 66 episodes created, though episode 66 (the final episode that was produced) was never seen outside of Japan. The plot of the episode revolves around Kuro taking Princess Mimi shopping, as well as getting into a fight with Matatabi, Nana being reduced in size, and a group of aliens making an appearance.

The episode aired a few times, and no DVDs have been released of Cyborg Kuro-chan, so the 66th episode had not been seen since, and was practically impossible to find until April 2nd, 2016 when the Japanese anime channel AT-X aired the episode. A day later, the episode was uploaded to Youtube.

On December 15, 2016, a Japanese kids-oriented YouTube channel called "キッズボンボン for Children" uploaded the entire series, including episode 66. The episodes were later set to private.

The "キッズボンボン for Children" episodes (as well as 66) was later mirrored to Internet Archive. Episode 66 can be seen below.

There are also five episodes that seem to have been (at least partially) completed (as episode titles and the main episode crew are listed on the Japanese Wikipedia), but good luck finding those episodes.

I forgot to mention that these episodes never aired, but while I'm at it, here are the translations of the episode titles...

謎の雪男現わる! The mysterious snowman appears! ライバルはコタロー? The rival is Kotarou? キンタローのリベンジ Kintarou's Revenge コスプレ少女カグヤ Kaguya the Cosplay Girl 悪魔になった? 剛くん Has he become a devil? Tsuyoshi-kun

I want to say someone from Studio Bogey, Public & Basic or TV Aichi could have copies of these, but even that is uncertain.

Yeah those episodes were never finished or aired. Production on the episodes was cancelled when Public & Basic went bust. The only content that exists are for episodes 67-70 which were promoted in a Japanese TV magazine called Televi-kun. The episodes were promoted in the December 2000 issue and the January, February and March 2001 volumes. Apparently a preview for 67 aired after 66 but only on the original broadcast which was cut out by TV Aichi on the recent releases of the episode :(

Guys, Episode 66 is featured in a collection of the entire series on a channel called "キッズボンボン for Children". They have many other kids-oriented Anime series.

They make the Kuro episodes available to co-inside with events, in this case the manga getting released digitally on Pixiv. The anime being available on YouTube will only be for a limited time.

I don't think the "Found By" information makes any sense. AT-X is the name of the channel it aired on, not the person who found it. The person who found it is YouTube user ta0107 na, who sent the recording to me

Yeah, should I change it to "ta0107 na"? Also, the reason I linked the kids channel is because the Korean Ep upload I had on another channel got geoblocked and the kids channel showed up in the content ID.

Also, I like how the resolution of each episode is 1080; 60fps

It says 1080p but the quality doesn't seem that good, especially when compared to the Amazon Video versions, which are probably the best quality episodes online. Hopefully one day someone will get all 66 episodes in the best quality possible.

The Bombom Kids uploads will be unprivated for a period of time whenever there's a special event going on that's associated with the series, in the most recent case, the manga getting released on Pixiv.
