Gorillaz is a British virtual band created in 1998 by Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett. The band consists of four animated members: 2D, Murdoc Niccals, Noodle and Russel Hobbs.

A music video based on the song "5/4" was supposed to be released, but production was never finished. A storyboard from Gorillaz' 2002 compilation DVD, Phase One: Celebrity Take Down, includes an animatic for the now scrapped "5/4" music video, which includes a brief image of a woman masturbating and Murdoc taking off his clothes to become completely nude, along with several other explicit moments that we (thankfully) can't describe in the video.

No, it was EMI's decision. 5/4 was supposed to be the first single (instead of Clint Eastwood), but they said no. Months later, they tried again to release it as a single, so Jamie did the storyboard, but the record company said no, again.

The real reason the video was scrapped was because of budget cuts I mean why would they cancel the 5/4 video due to murdoc being naked even though 17 years later they released the music video for saturnz barz which has murdoc naked for most of the video (and also that god awful bath joke witch was funny for about a month before it became overused)

The bath joke was funny for like an hour at most. And Murdoc's dick wasn't flopping everywhere like in 5/4, not to mention the naked chicks scattered through the video's entirety.

I wish The Gorillaz Group censored the music video with black box on Murdoc's D-ck!
