Just For Kicks (Found TEENick TV Series; 2006)

For the TEENick line-up in 2006, Nickelodeon premiered a new series from Brookwell McNamara Entertainment called Just For Kicks (also originally titled Head to Toe and then The Power Strikers), centered around a group of girls in a soccer team set in New York City who all share the same passion for the sport. It starred Francesca Catalano as Alexa D'Amico, a stereotypical popular high school girl, Mallory Low as Winifred "Freddie" Costello, a tough girl who is not good friends with Alexa because she and her friends would snob her at school, Katija Pevec as Lauren Zelmer, a shy, timid, serious good ahtlete, Jessica Williams as Vida Atwood, a sporty, serious athletic girl like Lauren and Jerad Anderson as Chris D'Amico, Alexa's older brother, and was most notably co-executive produced by Whoopi Goldberg. It ran for 13 episodes from April 9th, 2006 and was canceled on September 16, 2007.

Although at least two episodes of the show were apparently on iTunes at some point, it remains as possibly the most short-lived and rarest Nickelodeon TV show ever (even more so than KaBlam!), as there is barely any trace of the show left online at all.

There are only three publicly available clips of the show online. The first is a trailer of various moments from the show, available for viewing on Viacom's website. The website also contains two full episodes which can be viewed via the Screening Room, but an account is required to access them, and there is no option to create an account. The second clip is an incomplete promo for a new episode which played during the credits of a Fairly OddParents episode. It was uploaded on May 8th, 2014 by CRTN Channel. The third clip is a two-minute excerpt of an episode which was uploaded to Dailymotion by Craig Robert Young (the actor who portrays Coach Leslie Moore in the show) on September 14, 2011. Aside from these brief clips, no other videos from Just For Kicks are available.

03 MAY 16 UPDATE: The entire show has been uploaded to YouTube in two parts!

I remember this! I was homeschooled and playing a demo of QUAKE III Arena. We pirated cable via the old cable cord method. (now everything is digital). "TEENICK" was always on Sundays at 6PM. I remember a scene where the head soccer coach(?) had a red Mercedes convertible. Never knew it was lost.
