Slime Survivor (Lost Nickelodeon Game Show Pilot)

Slime Survivor is a lost game show pilot that was taped at Nickelodeon Studios at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida in April 2000. It is unknown why the pilot wasn't greenlit by Nickelodeon, but there has been a rumor that it was ditched in favor of Double Dare 2000, possibly due to budget issues.

According to a Reddit user who was visiting Nickelodeon Studios and watched the taping of this pilot, it began with a group of 100 kids that ran out under a big rig that had individual spaces with pull ropes. Once they pulled the ropes, 50 contestants made it and 50 didn't. Afterwards, there were different challenges, team events and trivia sections that eliminated more contestants until only 1 was left. A host and announcer have not been specified.

The only known footage of Slime Survivor online is in a 5 minute compilation video created by former crew members of Nickelodeon Studios for it's 10 year anniversary in 2000. There is around 5 seconds of video without the original audio.

There is very little information about this pilot available; Ben Price worked on it as a character designer (he is an animator who worked on shows such as The Ambiguously Gay Duo or The Lizzie McGuire Movie).

Whether or not Nickelodeon still has the original footage remains unconfirmed.

No, I have not, I found one on Linked In and one on some sort of Linked In sort of knock off. I would make an account but first of all, I am too young to, and I do get a bit "sentimental" about making accounts for a service, y'know? Is it cool to post their names and their profiles that I listed here?
