It was dubbed by Mondo TV, the company behind masterpieces such as Tentacolino, and they had an animation outsourcing deal with SEK, the studio who made this.

I actually had the good chance to speak to Mike Pollock, the voice of the bear, about this one. As far as he remembers, they just recorded the one episode. But it's possible they did do more, and he doesn't remember. He has pointed out he's basically freelance, and that the studio it was recorded at often recorded very mediocre material.

Huh. How would he not remember dubbing another 25 episodes? Unless they swapped out the voice actors, that doesn't really make sense.

Around what year was this dub from? The website doesn't give too much info.

The first season is from the late 70s; the second seems to be from some point in the 00s.
