The Ark is a Canadian animated comedy pilot. The show was created by Richard Condie (director of "The Big Snit") produced by Nelvana[1], and directed by Dave Thomas. It aired in 2002 on CBC in Canada and on 2x2 TV in Russia.[2]

The show depicts a post-apocalyptic world where most of the civilization is lost under high oceans. It follows Willard and his family on the ark, the vessel for survivors of the apocalypse, through a surreal, absurd landscape.

The pilot has not resurfaced in full online. The only portions available online are those from a demo reel published by Patrick Godfrey (the composer of Bob and Margaret) but later the demo reel was clipped by an online user Loana Lalonde. The rest of the pilot may exist in the possession of the show's owners.

I wonder why the author decided to post the article to both this site and the old wiki if they were only going to keep the other version updated...

Well Patrick godfrey (composer of Bob and Margaret) has first published the demo reel which can be found there https://m.yo...=uoZLPv81xp8 (go to 1:31) and I also clipped it. I asked him if he has the full copy of the pilot and I'm not sure if he does or does not?

Is this Pilot a children's cartoon or a adult cartoon?

This cartoon seems to be a childrens cartoon.

Not really I think When I looked at the shows on Nelvana's website and it had The Ark on teen/adults. I would say it might be a teens or a adult pilot cartoon And I would call it a adult.

Also on august 27 2016 and I emailed someone who worked on the pilot and he said, I'm pretty sure it was an Unaired Pilot.

http://owner...s.tumblr.com Here's his tumblr page. When I look on Imdb and I notice he was the Assistant Director on Stickin Around (which was also produced by Nelvana).

Also I use to have a tumblr but I deleted it :(

I found Richard Condie's Email on animationdirectory.ca.

Also last time I asked Studio 306 (they also worked on the pilot) and I got a error. Well I might ask Deeandcompany.ca (they were the tv casting director on the pilot) well I might do it today.
