Toontown Online was an MMO by Disney Interactive, online from 2003-2013. Many or all of the game's assets have been ripped from the game before it was closed; Unfortunately, some assets (including those from the Japanese localization and more notably the game's beta) have since been lost. The game hadn't picked up traction yet in the beta phase, and the game was never too popular in Japan. The game's lead developer, Jesse Schell, isn't allowed to give out any of these assets, and when asked said that he didn't have any of them anymore, since it had been years since they were created. Considering the niche fan community surrounding the game, these assets could have historical significance or be useful in one of many fan recreations of the game.

Some notable assets included in the beta were old layouts of Toontown Central, animal masks, clothing textures, colored gloves, and possibly even more obscure assets. The Japanese version of the game includes translated textures, possible textures and even full voice acting for the game's tutorial.

I got some of the Toontown Germany and Japan phase files. I don't know if they're the final ones or not.

Oh? Are they textures, sounds, or both? Maybe look around at the files in phase_3.5 and see if any of them have any Japanese text?

I'm not sure if this was mentioned, but here's the Toontown phase files around the time the game was publicly released in 2003. https://www....038mJA12kUza

1. Jesse Schell is aloud to give out alot of his assets, I know because he released the full Toontown beta map.

2. Most of the info you put is inaccurate. What "animal masks" are you talking about?

I assume you haven't seen this video https://www....=ScTaF5o1I7Q go to 1:09 in this video, and you will see a bunny wearing a duck mask.

Not sure if there are any more pictures of animal masks in there or not, but reguardless, these were pictures taken in 2001 and 2002 of toontown.

No... Toontown was shut down.

I'd recommend researching before you comment.

In your screenshot, the green dog toon has red gloves. There not white. Something that only one toon; an NPC, has. No other playable toon, or NPC can have. Unsure if this was something to say in the article.
