Sugar Sugar Rune was a Japanese manga series by Moyoco Anno, wich was published between August 2004 and April 2007. The series was about two young witches named Chocolat Meilleure and Vanilla Mieux, who live in a realm known as The Magical World. The two have been best friends since childhood, but are one day chosen to compete to see which of them will become the next queen of The Magical World.

The series was later adapted into a 51 episode anime, which aired from July 2, 2005 to June 24, 2006. A few sources have stated that the series was at one point dubbed in English, however, no actual proof of the dub exists. The only known information about the dub is that it aired in the Philippines on Cartoon Network, and the dub featured Andrea Kwan as the voice of Chocolat Meilleure and Michael Pizzuto as Duke. The series was said to be dubbed by Omni Productions, but very little information about the company has been found.

UPDATE 2/28/2017 A broadcast schedule from 2008 was found listing a rerun of Sugar Sugar Rune, however it doesn't specify weather or not it was dubbed. Here's a link to the broadcast schedule for anime in the Philippines up from September 2008: http://www.pinoyexchange.com/forums/showthread.php?t=177120&page=114
