Status: Lost

In the early 2000s, British cinema corporate chain, Cineworld, released a 3D computer-animated policy trailer shown before featuring an animated lady named Cindy World (the official title for this policy trailer or the girl is unknown as this information are based of YouTube comment testimonies)[1]. The lady appears out of the screen and begins to check in on the people in the theatre who would break the rules. She then pulls a person smoking out of their chair to face the "No Smoking" sign on his left.. She then kicks a phone out of another woman's hand and crushes the phone. Lastly she would bash the heads of a loud couple in the theatre[2] which then releases cartoonish stars to transition into the Cineworld logo.

Censorship

After one year, the policy trailer was cut short. The trailer was then reported to only show the animated girl shushing and zooming into a "No Talking" sign before transitioning to the stars flying above the couple's heads. The cut was made due to complaints from audiences about the whole trailer being violent to be shon before films.

Availability

Only the cut/censored version has been made posted on YouTube on August 15th, 2008 by a former Cineworld employee, SirCoyote. From said upload, people in its comments began reminiscing the scene/s that was cut out from the trailer.
