It's Active Enterprises after all.

Given the history of Active Enterprises and unfulfilled promises it doesn't surprise me that this machine never saw the light of day. Remember their promised lineup of Cheetahmen action figures or that Ooze contest that was unwinnable due to the glitched nature of the game?

I severely doubt they would've been legally allowed to sell this thing anyway given it's supposed backwards compatibility with all three of the major game consoles at the time. If they did they would've been tag teamed by Sega and Nintendo with lawsuits.
