Perhaps but most Saturday morning programs during the 80s and 90s were usually only greenlit for 13 episodes. Since the series seemed to be unpopular during its run, I strongly believe that there were only ever 13 produced. As linked in my earlier comment, even the production company listed only the 13 as being officially produced by them.
