Potential Clip of English dub found within YouTube Poop?

I’ve been meaning to make a post about this for quite a while but never got around to it. I found this old YTP from 2014 which features a clip of Kuromi sounding like she is speaking English (0:15 to 0.27). Of course this could easily be the uploader editing audio from a different source onto the original, but it is still interesting to note. When I have the chance I am going to look through some of the work for Kuromi’s supposed English VA and see if her voice matches anything heard from the clip.
