OMG! I think you're actually thinking of Feetface, the Noggin mascot from 2002-2003. Not only are Feetface-era Noggin recordings really rare and sought after, but I didn't know of anyone who might have a recording of his final air date in April 2003! If you really have a tape of when the Feetface era ended and the Moose & Zee era started, that would be AMAZING to see! Do you know how to digitize a VHS tape? I'd highly suggest getting it digitized right away so there is no chance of it deteriorating. Let me know if you find the tape and are able to get it digitized.
