Anything that jokes about, makes fun of or is against China or the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) is censored and scrubbed off the web, I doubt theres a download link of it on a site of Chinese origin. Your best bet is probably finding it through a Japanese or Taiwanese site that hosts roms
