i looked through the comment section, and the uploader himself said the following 11 months ago.
"If memory serves, it's from a read-along book. There were a series of stories with books and records with Mel Blanc doing all the voices and the books were illustrated by George C. Peed. Again, I don't remember the name of the book, but I recall the story involved Porky needing to get his TV set fixed and Bugs was pretending to be a repairman, which has the majority of the audio I manipulated.
Again, keep in mind I made this a year and a half ago, so I don't remember the specifics of where I grabbed everything from. Stoner memory.
