I have a like request to make. The Evanescence bootleg recordings aren't apparently the only Evanescence material that is rare. I clearly remember in the early 2000s a version of Bring me to life that is quite different from the studio version and other remixes. The last time i heard this version was in the year 2005 when a local chilean cable station (i'm from Chile btw) rerans it in a retrospective collection of videos, citing this version from the year 2000... (what?) The video was about a live concert, but judging from the quality i remember its possible that the music were actually a mashup. Today, trying to describe to myself the song i remember that the lenght was quite different, a bit shorter than the studio version and that the song ends in a different way too. While the studio version and other versions ends lowering the sound of the instruments slowly until reach the limit time, the version i remember ends abruply, with the keyboard and drums doing some kind of weird loop, three times, followed by the drums finishing the song punching three more times, faster. I remember hearing this part of the song everywhere in the early 2000s, from promotional tv ads to car commercials. But since 2005, i can't find this version anymore. I read a comment of a guy three months ago describing the same as i, but nobody responder. I think this subject deserves an article, or at least a rectification from the comunity to know if this song is avaliable somewhere today. Thank you. Greetings from Santiago, Chile.
