I Think I May Have A VHS Of This...

I'm not sure, as this was supposed to be in Philadelphia and California and I grew up in Detroit, but I am absolutely certain that I saw a stop-motion commercial about a clown and some kind of premium rate telephone number thing like this. It'll probably take a year going through all the old VHS tapes I have but I am virtually certain I have this recorded on a tape I used to watch in repetition a TON as a kid so it stuck with me. The description of the commercial seems spot on, like almost identical, save for a few bits about the kid jumping on a bed I may have forgotten. It was like this clown with blond hair and a red nose, maybe glasses, in a blue and white pokadot outfit...and now that I think about it the kid may have been in it too. Actually I remember using this number before. But yeah I wll try, keyword TRY, to dive into this mountain of VHS tapes to see if I can find it!
