I Found It

I got a copy of the full game from a Japanese furry who had archived the file. Apparently there are people who will share the file if you're looking for it, but they keep it a secret since it's a game that was lost due to legal issues with the original Ace Attorney. You have to set your system locale to Japanese, but otherwise it works. I'll be uploading it to Internet Archive soon.
