There's actually an alternate version of the main slide.

At some point during the day of the 9/11 attacks QVC altered the main slide to be displayed alongside the American Red Cross slide.
The altered main slide said as follows:
"QVC expresses heartfelt concern over this national tragedy. For more information, please turn to your TV news channel. In the light of these events, QVC will be temporarily suspending its broadcast."

Sadly, the male voice-over of the altered main slide is unfortunately lost.
Not sure when QVC altered the main slide, but it was probably during the night in the immediate aftermath of the attacks at the time.
