‘Vena’ is an Irish feature film, shot in early 2009 and directed by photographer/director Kevin Abosch and starring former Miss World Rosanna Davison and Richard Wall (Whatever Turns You On). Shot entirely in Dublin, the film is based on a romance novelist (Davison) whose relationship with a botanist (Wall) is strained by his obsessive research into plant consciousness. Director Abosch is also a celebrity photographer having photographed some of biggest names in Hollywood including – Johnny Depp, Dustin Hoffman, Cameron Diaz and Steven Spielberg.

According to IFTN, the film also stars Rory Mullen (Anton), Mick Fitzgerald (The Ten Steps) and French actress Julia Gleize. ‘Vena’ is an Irish/ French co production between Kevin Abosch Productions and Paris Only Productions. Editing was to take place in Dublin. To this day, no clips or trailers for the film have ever surfaced online. While the article says that filming had been completed, and a picture of Davison and Wall together appears in the article, it is unclear whether the film was actually completed as opposed to just filmed.
