Possible holiday cartoon block?

If this was completed and produced, I feel as if it might've been a live action block similar to King Koopa's Kool Kartoons that probably would've only aired seasonally. I sort of get a similar vibe from the name alone, and the focus on the Christmas holiday season would reasonably lead one to assume that it's some type of TV special or something. Has anybody tried contacting people who were involved with the Super Mario Bros. Super Show to ask?
