I can attest that Who Framed Roger Rabbit had special Flicks bumpers. They played a clip of Jessica saying "I'm not bad, I'm just drawn that way," and Kevin Wu said something like "Well, I really am bad" and then flirts with her or something...
I also recorded the Flicks premiere of Pokemon the Movie: Black - Victini and Reshiram (directly onto a DVD, which I'm pretty sure I don't have anymore) and I distinctly remember that there were no exclusive bumpers for it at all.
