No, it's not. Just to give you an example, the original plot of the "Death of Gilgamesh" is much older, and we only have it in partial fragments. Many other texts from Sumer are even older than it, and sometimes we can barely read them.
In theory, the oldest example of lost media would be... perhaps cave paintings that have vanished across time?
