Why does the lost videos looks so much better than the found ones?

Like we have the boring "MINIONS of DESPICABLE ME" and "ANGRY BIRDS ♫ MARIO BROS edition" but there are lost videos like NAZI HITLERS FUCKING EXECUTION AND OBAMA FUCKING RAPPING (I know it's partially found,but theres still like 75% of the video lost)
