What are we using to determine whether the cartridge is Lost, Partially Found, Partially Lost, or Found?

I'm confused as to why the "VideoArt Activity Cartridge" and "Marvel SuperHeroes" are marked as Found. As far as I know, there is no working emulation for this system. Also, no one has dumped the actual game data from the cartridges. The best that we have are the manuals and screenshots that I have been putting up on the Internet Archive. Maybe they could be classified as Partially Found or Partially Lost due to the games being little more than those backgrounds. Otherwise, the article should probably be moved to Lost until the data starts being dumped.
