Fred Byer, a youtuber famous for his pranks made a video where he got a fake drake to go into a mall with him and act like he was with drake, and he got arested unlawfully for "Recording" in a mall where he then got arrested. The video got taken down on his youtube channel but clips exist online including tiktok as of 8/31/2024. one of the officers in the video who arrested fred and his crew was sgt. cortes and the arrest happend on 5/11/2024. the arrest took place outside of a mall in miami, florida and fred and his gang were wrong fully arrested. The search still goes on as of 8/31/2024
