People's Television Network "The People's Network" (partially found unrevised version of the Filipino television network’s station ID; 1990-1995)

In late 1990, the People's Television Network created a second version of the "Four for You" station ID with the alternate slogan "The People's Network". There are two IDs was made for most of the period, the original version from 1990 to 1992 and the revised version from 1992 to 1995, concurrent with its move to its current headquarters in Visayas Avenue in Quezon City. The IDs uses the same audio from the 1st version used from 1989 to 1990.

Variants

1990-1992 original version

This version begins with the Philippine map zooming in, then a roll call of the network's provincial stations and the collage of landmarks such as a colorful vinta, a muslim house of worship, the Davao City Hall, Magellan’s Cross with the white gate, Banaue Rice Terraces, and the Mayon Volcano in Albay, with a ball flying are appeared. A CGI City is zooming out with a 4 strips of the 1989 "4" logo are rolled one by one. The last frames showing the ABS-CBN Broadcast Center with the 1989 "4" logo and the script "For You!" placed in the building, then a black screen showing the 1989 "4" logo and the phrase "THE PEOPLE'S NETWORK" ends the ID.

1992-1995 revised version

The ID was started late when the first seconds of the ID's theme music is played, then the CGI earth spins around and stops to the same Philippine map zooming in from the first version, the same rollcall of provincial stations and landmarks, and the 4 strips of the 1989 "4" logo zooming out of the CGI city from the first version are appeared but the last scene is now slower, then the same ending is appeared.

Availability

The ID was played before the program starts along with the OBB Bumpers for the program the channel was broadcasting. After October 1, 1995 following the network's logo change, the last 15 notes of the "Four For You" theme was kept for the OBB Bumpers which remained until mid-1998.

The station ID, along with other network station IDs (RPN-9, back then as New Vision 9, ABS-CBN, ABC-5 GMA-7, and IBC-13) was included in the 1992 PMPC Star Awards for Television. In 2011, xxRedGalaxyxx uploaded the ID montage from the said event, with the 1992 revision of the ID was included in the video. On March 6, 2024, Jerome Villanueva uploaded the partial clip of the 1990 original version of the ID, showing the ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center part.[1]
