The Charlie Horse Music Pizza was a spin-off of Lamb Chop's Play Along that premiered on PBS Kids in 1998.

The show tells the story of a seaside pizzeria run by Shari Lewis and her puppet friends Charlie Horse, Lamb Chop and Hush Puppy, alongside some new characters created for this show. The show emphasized music education, and each episode taught a specific lesson about music. The show was cancelled in the fall of 1998 after Shari Lewis died of complications from ovarian cancer.

The show is extremely hard to find on the Internet. Of the 23 episodes made of the show, only four exist in full, and one exists partially. Other than these episodes, no other episodes exist on the Internet. Wikipedia claims that Sony Wonder released VHS tapes of the show,[1] but no evidence of the tapes can be found online, meaning that this claim could be false.

I'm not sure :0 I know I watched one of the later CG versions of the show (either Make Way for Noddy or Noddy in Toyland , neither of which I recorded). There's a chance I may have some of it, but I can't say I remember it off-hand...

also!!! i touched base w/ my mom, and we did in fact record these on VHS. As with most of the things I have (as most people like to say), I can't access them right now, but I do have some of this, somewhere.

I remember seeing Make Way, too-but the station that aired it, NJN, messed up and showed a Noddy Shop promo before the show. Being nine at the time, I was fooled and thought that would come on, and then it was something different. If you ever find a tape that has a similar error before the show, I'd like to see it.

The only way to likely get all episodes is for PBS to release them. The episodes aren't lost just forgotten about.
