The Honeyrods were an American rock band from Nashville, Tennessee, composed of singer Gordon Cabaniss (b. October 15, 1974); guitarist Chris Hunter, guitarist Matt Clemmons, bassist Jeremy Brashears, and drummer Michael Dale.

The music video for "Love Bee" first aired on MTV2 in August 1997. The music video, which is a parody of Jack and the Beanstalk, was directed by Michael Lucero and filmed in San Francisco, California. Lucero died on May 8, 1998, in a car crash, at the young age of 35. The music video is presumably under the control of Volcano Entertainment (the successor in interest to Capricorn Records), which has been dormant except for re-issues of its most popular artists.

An MTV article tried to embed the QuickTime video of this song, but it is long-lost after the channel overhauled its website. [1]

On May 14th 2017, an anonymous user found the music video on a Russian Youtube-like site known as Gettube
