Of the 90 cartoons produced in the famous Betty Boop series from 1930 to 1939, there were two that remained unaccounted for for many years following their release.

The first short, "Honest Love and True", was released in 1938, and placed Betty in the role of a worker at a Klondike saloon. It is rumored to have been included in the 1942-1943 16mm film rental catalog for Films Incorporated, but this claim has not yet been confirmed.

"At the Concert" (the second short, also from 1938) consists of Buzzy going on stage to make the concert more entertaining for its tired viewers.

Reputable animation historian Jerry Beck had regarded both of these shorts as lost, but in early 2017, he revealed UCLA had found a print of "Honest Love and True", albeit with no audio. It was restored and screened at the UCLA's Festival of Preservation that year. "At the Concert" was later located in Russia in 2019 and is currently preserved by Asifa-Hollywood and the UCLA Film and Television Archive since 2020.

Before "At the Concert" was uploaded to YouTube by UCLA, the film, along with another film titled "Inner Sanctum" were screened at the Hammer Museum on May 21, 2022. Although recording was not permitted during the screening, several recordings had resurfaced on YouTube weeks later, but have since been taken down likely due to copyright.[1]

On October 25th, 2022, "At the Concert" was uploaded to YouTube by the UCLA Film and Television Archive's official channel [2].
