Blips is a lost live-action animation hybrid TV series that was first broadcast on CITV in the year 2004. It is about a man named Mr. Perfect who would teach the viewer how to get something done "perfectly". After the task is completed, alien-like creatures called "Blips" would reverse the process. It was produced by Ragdoll Entertainment and BRB Internacional.
