Bop It Download was a Windows-exclusive program that could be launched after plugging a Bop It Download into the computer via USB. The program could be used to record your own voice or download beats and sounds from the internet onto the game itself. However, some voices/beats/sounds could be obtained by completing levels on the game.

The program could be downloaded at www.playbopit.com when the toy first came out, but in mid-2012, the website shut down and the program became lost. The program may still be available online via a download site, but many sites that claim to have this software are filled with viruses, so caution should be used if one wants to attempt finding the program virus free.
