Bottom was a sitcom created by Rik Mayall and Ade Edmonson that ran from 1991 to 1995. The show was always aired in front of a live audience for 35 minutes, but when they produced the episodes, they would cut the footage down to 30 minutes, leaving at least five minutes of footage for each episode generally unused.

Some of the cut footage was put into various home media such as the 1991 VHS tape Bottom Fluff or included as special features on the DVDs. Additionally, there are books that include the original scripts. Some of the cut content has still been unreleased, however.
