One of these series was entitled "Cartoon Network Responds", which featured supposed letters and emails from fans of the network. The letter is often responded to in a cynical and mean way, occasionally making fun of cartoons themselves. The interstitials started being aired around early '97, and they lasted into the early Powerhouse era (until around early 1999).
