From 1997 to 1998, Cartoon Network produced various series of interstitials, all following certain themes. One of these series was entitled "Cartoon Network Responds", which featured supposed letters and emails from fans of the network. The letter is often responded to in a cynical and mean way, occasionally making fun of cartoons themselves.

Many of these interstitials were produced, and some remain up on YouTube, but many of these interstitials are lost and haven't been put up yet. Approximately half of the interstitials are currently online. The list of interstitials can be found below:
