Chip and Pepper’s Cartoon Madness is an NBC television series starring Canadian brothers Chip and Pepper Foster, and produced by DiC Entertainment.[1] It included a collection of comedy skits, celebrity interviews, and vintage cartoon screenings.
The series had a brief running period on Saturday mornings from 1991 to 1992 before NBC cancelled the show. An episode has been posted on Vimeo by the show’s senior editor, Jonathan Moser,[2] but the other episodes have not yet resurfaced online. Another video of bumpers featuring Chip and Pepper from a show that also aired on Saturday mornings (“Space Cat”) has surfaced as well.[3]
