Status: Partially Lost/Found

On May 1, 2002, G4techTV launched a series known as Cinematech. The series was unique from other shows on the channel in that it had no host or narration (with the exception of some special episodes); its purpose was entirely to show off cutscenes and trailers from various video games.

The series lasted for 337 episodes that aired between 2002 and 2007. Unfortunately, not all of these episodes have appeared online, and due to the massive amount of copyrighted material and legal rights involved with the show, a DVD release is unlikely.

A liveblog of the series is available on TV Tropes from someone who recorded the show on VHS; however, despite being contacted by someone who worked on Cinematech about obtaining the episodes, there appears to have been no solid attempt at the person releasing these episodes.

Cinematech: Nocturnal Emissions

Cinematech: Nocturnal Emissions was a spin-off of the original Cinematech that debuted on G4's late-night "Midnight Spank" block (known then as "Barbed Wire Biscuit") in 2005. The focus of Nocturnal Emissions was on more violent and sexually suggestive games, with an emphasis on games from Japan/Japanese culture.

A number of clips from Nocturnal Emissions are available on G4's website, as well as a compilation of clips in a highlights video by an editor for the show.

Similarly to the original Cinematech, a liveblog on TV Tropes was done by the same user, who claims to have almost every episode of the show ripped on DVD. However, they have not released any of these episodes online.
