==Legal Trouble==
The show ran into some legal trouble when in 2008, Boston Globe worker and former art student Timothy McGee filed a lawsuit against Andre 3000 alleging that the idea for ''Class of 3000'' was taken from McGee's failed pitch "The Music Factory of the 90's" back in 1997. Due to this, Cartoon Network had to pull the show until an agreement could be settled.<ref>[https://pitchfork.com/news/34239-andre-3000-sued-for-allegedly-stealing-class-of-3000/ Article on the lawsuit filed against Andre 3000.] Retrieved 19 Jan '18</ref>

'''UPDATE (3/22/2017):''' The series, while uploaded exclusively for iTunes, has some episodes missing. The missing episodes can be found online, albeit it in their Romanian dub without subtitles. But as of the the date announced, three out of the five episodes are now available in English.
Once the lawsuit was settled, full episodes were re-added exclusively to iTunes. However, '''five episodes were not included and originally could not be found anywhere in their original English versions'''. Since then, all of these episodes have resurfaced in English.

Class of 3000 is an American animated television series on Cartoon Network that was created, executively produced, and starred by André 3000 of the Hip Hop group OutKast. The series originally aired on Cartoon Network from 2006-2008 with some episodes exclusively airing online. The show is set at Westley School of Performing Arts in Atlanta, Georgia. In the show, André 3000 appears as superstar and music teacher Sunny Bridges, a jazz and blues artist who also occasionally lectures in Atlanta's Little Five Points residential area.

Legal Trouble

The show ran into some legal trouble when in 2008, Boston Globe worker and former art student Timothy McGee filed a lawsuit against Andre 3000 alleging that the idea for Class of 3000 was taken from McGee's failed pitch "The Music Factory of the 90's" back in 1997. Due to this, Cartoon Network had to pull the show until an agreement could be settled.[1]

Once the lawsuit was settled, full episodes were re-added exclusively to iTunes. However, five episodes were not included and originally could not be found anywhere in their original English versions. Since then, all of these episodes have resurfaced in English.
