VEVO/Rights Holders?

I do recall a BowieNet discussion when the album ‘Heathen’ came out about the absence of videos (something that was apparently intentional due to the darker and edgy tone of the album), and after a whole decade, VEVO released a video for ‘Slow Burn’ which had absolutely no credits attached anywhere. I know it’s of absolutely no help, but we can only wait.
