It does have an IDMB page (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7545976/) that dates it to 1999 and lists Mitch, Chelsea and Stacey Schauer as the creator and stars, respectively. More evidence that it was indeed animation (and did exist to some extent) can be found in the only reference to the series I've been able to track down in print media. According to "Contemporary theatre, film and television, vol. 41" (2002), Richard Steven Horvitz was the voice of Fuzzy Wuz in Simply Sisters. (image of the page in question: https://i.imgur.com/IIKNg0V.png).
