Moving this page back to "Lost" instead of "Partially Found"

I never heard an explanation for why the original "Activity Cartridge" was marked as found. As far as I know, none of the game data for any of the LJN VideoArt cartridges has been dumped as of now. There is also no emulation capable of playing them. Usually, if a game has not been dumped on the internet, we consider it to be lost.
