Based on my research, DVD5 is a single-layer disc (DVD-R, simple) that stores up to 4.7GB of data, while a DVD9 is a double-layer disc (DVD-R DL) that stores up to 8.5GB of data. I am assuming you will need a DVD-R DL disc to burn the file onto, since this DVD is about 8GB of size. I can't guarantee if it'll work though.
