I know where to go from here. Many of Cinar's cartoons were dubbed in Montreal, and Cinar is now part of WildBrain.

Either we contact Montreal voice actors, or Wildbrain.

I've got a theory: Perhaps THIS is the TBS dub after all.

Also, I highly doubt that Cinar would make an exclusive dub for a small country like Barbados.
