Recently Nickelodeon released "Complete series" DVD sets of Rocko's Modern Life and Hey Arnold!, both of which had the original pilot episodes of the respective shows as bonus features. Perhaps an Aaahh Real Monsters set in the future could include this unaired pilot as well?
