Probably, probably not. The first season header has most of the episodes out of order (possibly even for the French run of the show), for example it lists "Dylan Arrives" (which would likely use the most familiar version of the theme) as episode 21, but it then lists "Dougal's Tea Party" and "Dougal on Television" (both of which use the original slower version of the theme) as episodes 27 and 28 respectively, then "The Telephone" (another episode which uses the familiar version of the theme) as episode 29, and so on. I'd imagine the episode order in France won't be too far off from how it was presented in the UK.

The French page also lists episode 39 as having two French titles, "Pollux et Flapy le somnambule" and "Flappy et Pollux aiment le même lit", as well as its English title "Dylan Uses Dougal’s Bed". Considering the first title translates to something like "Dougal and Dylan the Sleepwalker", I doubt that this is the episode from season 1 that would use that title, and it likely belonged to "Sleepwalking" (listed here as episode 150) instead. That episode may or may not have been rerun as episode 65 of the second series, "Dylan the Sleepwalker", as it uses the fade to black transitions and character models from those episodes.

Probably, probably not. The first season header has most of the episodes out of order (possibly even for the French run of the show), for example it lists "Dylan Arrives" (which would likely use the more familiar version of the theme) as episode 21, but it then lists "Dougal's Tea Party" and "Dougal on Television" (both of which use the original slower version of the theme) as episodes 27 and 28 respectively, then "The Telephone" (another episode which uses the more familiar version of the theme) as episode 29, and so on.
