I assume you probably just simply opened up the .VOB files, I got the same thing when I opened the .VOB files in VLC Media Player. Why not just open the .ISO image in a media player program and play it from there? It worked when I opened the .ISO image on a media player program in DVD player mode, and I was able to rip the DVD using HandBrake to convert the video files to MP4. In fact, I posted the shorts from this DVD to archive.org.

In fact, I posted the short films from this DVD to archive.org, but skipped Geri's Game and For the Birds since those two are already the same as they always are on other Pixar DVDs.
