Three of them are easy to identify. The first is President Scooby, which is easily identified because it has Scooby Doo in the episode itself, so it is appropriately marked as found. Then there is the Mother Day's special, Celebrate Your Mama, and that is also marked as found. Finally, there is You Say It I Spray It - this one was shared by someone who was on the show as a kid and had a tape of the show sent to them, so their copy has a title card with the episode title (unfortunately their copy only has the first half of the episode because that's the part they were in.) It was later deleted by them but reuploaded to Archive.org by dycaite.

Of the unidentified episodes, probably most commonly reuploaded is the one you linked, from January 2001. It opens with the announcer saying "you're on, I guess" in a sad tone, and Johnny asking if he needs cheering up. As best I can tell, the original source of this recording is from Jason Scott on Archive.org. The full recording longer and has some commercials and bumpers before the show, but the multiple YouTube reuploads have trimmed it to just the show itself.

These aren't new, the problem is that it's difficult to match them to the proper episode titles/release dates from the CN schedules. In total, there are six episodes that are fully or mostly found.

Then there is the episode from 8/6/2000 (presumably a rerun, since this is also not in the schedule in the article.) This one opens with Johnny asking for "the envelope, please," and the letter begins "Dear Johnny Bravo, I hate to admit it but I also want muscles like yours." This original source of this recording is a YouTube upload by Captain B. Zarre.

Finally, there is the episode from 6/10/2001 (another rerun) which opens with Johnny saying "hey, you know who's funny? Jeff. You don't know him, but he's a funny guy." The original source of this one is a longer commercials recording, also by Captain B. Zarre. It has also been trimmed and reuploaded by other channels.

None of these unidentified episodes seem to be matched to anything in the article schedule, so they simply aren't marked.

There are also some small clips. The "getting a job" clip comes from an episode originally uploaded by YouTube user 90sCartoonNetwork. The full episode was online from at least 2012 - 2015, but was DMCA'd at some point, leaving only some short clips reuploaded by YouTube user ToonamiVHS.

There is also a very short clip of the Dragon Ball Z request provided by Captain B. Zarre, and what _may_ be an audio-only recording of the opening from the pilot by TV Tunes.

Finally, there's a clip of the opening segment of Trouble In Townsville, easily identified as such because the Mayor from Powerpuff Girls calls in and namedrops it. Unfortunately, only the opening of the episode is in the recording. This clip came from a longer commercials recording by YouTube user SchfiftyThreeRetroTV.

Aside from the episodes, there are also seven unique ads for JBVO floating around on Archive.org and YouTube, as well as three for Toon FM (one of which is in Polish,) and two Toon FM segments.

As of writing (March 2022,) that appears to be every trace of JBVO that currently exists online.
