Phalanx video game commercial

Phalanx, the space shooter game for SNES with the weird cover, had a commercial. I've found no trace of it and have only encountered a couple of people who have vague memories of it. dark lancer on GameFAQs has some memories of it, more than I do. https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/916396-super-nintendo/79008671 I remember this commercial having the old man on the cover play simple banjo/mandolin and there was maybe a bit of a buzzing sound near the end. I want to say the background behind him was the same as the cover. Based on when the game was released, I think I would have been seeing the ad on Saturday morning cartoons. It made enough of an impression on me that when I finally got an SNES 20 years later, I bought a used copy of Phalanx.
