What do you mean by the link not working, as the website linked to the ROM on this article (i.e. EmuPardise) is still functional and it works just fine on both my computer and phone.
If you're referring to actually downloading the game from the website, then I'm pretty sure you can download the prototypes of the game from other websites that have it.
