{{InfoboxFound |title=<center>Connie Talbot: Over the Rainbow</center> |image=Connie Talbot Over the Rainbow Wii cover.jpg |imagecaption=Placeholder cover art for ''Over The Rainbow''. |status=<span style="color:green;">'''Found'''</span> |datefound=22 Dec 2020 |foundby=Forest of Illusion }} '''''Connie Talbot: Over the Rainbow''''' was a karaoke video game developed and published by Data Design Interactive for the Wii. ==Wii Game== Data Design Interactive, a British developer which gained notoriety amongst gaming circles for publishing shovelware budget titles, announced in 2009 that they were collaborating with ''Britain's Got Talent'' contestant Connie Talbot for a video game to tie in with her debut album ''Over The Rainbow''.<ref>[https://kotaku.com/connie-talbot-goes-over-the-rainbow-on-the-wii-5107935 Connie Talbot Goes Over The Rainbow On The Wii] Retrieved 13 Nov '20</ref> The game was to feature her likeness and tracks from the album, which were comprised of covers from popular acts such as Bob Marley's "Three Little Birds" and the title track "Over the Rainbow" from ''The Wizard of Oz''. While Talbot did make an appearance at DDI's E3 2009 booth to promote the game, no further announcements were made since, and Data Design Interactive went defunct a few years later.<ref>[https://worthplaying.com/article/2009/5/29/news/62092/ Data Design's E3 2009 Lineup] Retrieved 13 Nov '20</ref> The only footage from the game was a low-quality recording of the game's promotional trailer back in 2009. On December 10, 2020 a copy of the game surfaced on eBay, and was subsequently purchased by <i>Forest of Illusion</i> on Twitter. On December 13th, 2020 footage of the game from E3 2009 surfaced online, thanks to a developer who had saved it. Finally, on December 22nd, 2020, a copy of the game originating from a RVT-R development disc surfaced online thanks to <i>Forest of Illusion</i>. ==Gallery== {{Video|perrow =1 |service1 =youtube |id1 =v=eRYPKgNt-s8 |description1 =''Connie Talbot: Over the Rainbow'' Wii game. }} {{Video|perrow =1 |service1 =youtube |id1 =v=H2BDi3Zx67A |description1 =''Connie Talbot: Over the Rainbow'' E3 2009 footage #1. }} {{Video|perrow =1 |service1 =youtube |id1 =v=sAYsEK20Po0 |description1 =''Connie Talbot: Over the Rainbow'' E3 2009 footage #2. }} ==References== {{reflist}} [[Category:Found media]]
