While Talbot did make an appearance at DDI's E3 2009 booth to promote the game, no further announcements were made since, and Data Design Interactive went defunct a few years later.<ref>[https://worthplaying.com/article/2009/5/29/news/62092/ Data Design's E3 2009 Lineup] Retrieved 13 Nov '20</ref> The only footage from the game was a low-quality recording of the game's promotional trailer back in 2009. On December 10, 2020 a copy of the game surfaced on eBay, and was subsequently purchased by Forest of Illusion on Twitter. On December 13th, 2020 footage of the game from E3 2009 surfaced online, thanks to a developer who had saved it.
